As Managing Director of Kathy Graham Strategies, Kathy is highly experienced in strategic development and public policy with a career spanning 20 years leading public sector, private, community and voluntary organisations.

Most recently Kathy was Director of Policy within the Consumer Council. Here she led policy work in regulated and unregulated industries including Energy, Transport, Post, Water and Money Affairs, as well as leading on consumer complaints and service improvement. With responsibility for a significant budget Kathy drove evidence based public policy development, ensuring compliance with corporate governance.

Kathy is a motivational and commercially astute leader committed to giving people the chance to succeed. She has a track record in influencing strategy, budgets and relationships to guarantee the delivery of services that meet people’s needs. A PR and media-savvy communicator, she relates effectively with a wide range of people to achieve positive change.

Kathy was educated at Queens University of Belfast, Ulster University and obtained a MSc in Occupational Psychology from London Metropolitan. A member of the British Psychological Society, Kathy is passionate about organisational excellence to deliver best in class services.
